xinsider Trading Ltd (“xinsider”) is committed to providing high-quality trading evaluation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform.
2. Evaluation Challenge Fees
Evaluation challenge fees are generally non-refundable once the trading account has been provisioned and credentials delivered. This is because the service is consumed immediately upon account creation.
A refund may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If we are unable to provision your trading account within 48 hours of purchase due to a platform error
- Duplicate purchase: If you are charged multiple times for the same evaluation
- Pre-delivery cancellation: If you request a cancellation before your trading account credentials are delivered
3. Activation Fees
Activation fees for funded accounts are non-refundable once the funded trading account has been activated. These fees cover the cost of provisioning and maintaining the live trading infrastructure.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase:

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any payment disputes.
7. Promotional Offers
Purchases made with promotional discounts or coupon codes follow the same refund policy. Refund amounts will reflect the actual amount paid after any discounts applied.
