All trading accounts provided through the XINSIDER platform operate in a simulated environment using virtual capital only. No real money is deposited, invested, or traded on behalf of any Participant at any stage of the evaluation process. Account balances, profits, and losses displayed on the platform are entirely hypothetical and are used solely for the purpose of evaluating trading skill and behavioral patterns. Participants do not own, control, or have any claim to real financial assets through their XINSIDER trading accounts.

2. CORPORATE STRUCTURE

The XINSIDER platform is operated by XINSIDER FZCO, a company registered in the Jumeirah Lake Towers Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Certain services may also be provided through XINSIDER Ltd., a company incorporated in Saint Lucia (Suite 305, Castries Waterfront Centre, Jeremie Street, Castries). These entities are not banks, brokerages, or regulated financial institutions. Neither entity holds licenses to provide investment services, manage portfolios, or act as an intermediary in financial transactions. The corporate structure is designed to facilitate the provision of educational and simulation-based services across multiple jurisdictions.

3. NO INVESTMENT SERVICES

XINSIDER does not provide investment advice, financial advisory services, portfolio management, brokerage services, or any form of financial recommendation. Nothing on the XINSIDER platform, website, or marketing materials should be construed as a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. 4. UNREGULATED PROVIDER

5. PROGRAM FEES

All fees charged by XINSIDER are for access to educational software, simulated trading infrastructure, and evaluation services. These fees do not represent an investment, deposit, or stake in any trading activity. Program fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the XINSIDER Refund Policy. The payment of a fee does not guarantee any particular outcome, reward, or return.

6. EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY

All materials, content, market data, and analytical tools available through the XINSIDER platform are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. XINSIDER makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed on the platform. Historical performance data, whether of the platform, its Participants, or any simulated portfolio, is provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon as an indicator of future results.

7. HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved. XINSIDER is not liable for any disruption, downtime, data loss, or technical malfunction attributable to third-party infrastructure. Platform availability, execution speed, and market data accuracy are subject to the performance and reliability of these external providers.

11. JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS

XINSIDER services are not available to residents of countries subject to international economic sanctions or where such services would be prohibited by local law. Restricted countries include, but are not limited to, those designated by the United Nations, European Union, United States (OFAC), and United Kingdom sanctions programs. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their use of XINSIDER complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XINSIDER, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. This limitation applies regardless of whether XINSIDER has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
